This Florida Ski Council (FSC) trip to Taos is long awaited. Nestled in the Sangre de Christo mountains, Taos receives approximately 300 + inches of snow in an average year. Close to half the ski runs are rated at beginner and intermediate ability level. So there is something to offer skiers of all abilities.
At least a couple of club members have ranked Taos high on their list of favorites.
Keystone offers a mix of runs skiers of all abilities can enjoy spread over 3,148 acres. Bring your ice skates along as the area reputedly has ". . . the largest maintained outdoor ice rink in the U.S." Plenty of apres ski and dining choices are there as well. Why not check it out.
